 Mr. Michael O. Fenceroy has taken a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development. He intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage.   He is an inspirational leader who tells stories that inspire action while at the same time is grounded in financial information that levers the business.  Respected as a credible voice in decision making, finding strategic financing partners, and establishing governance boundaries, Michael  earns a seat at the table wherever he serves. Currently, as CEO and CFO at Serving10's, a privately‐held, global branding and sourcing company, Michael oversees the operations of a start up organization.   He led the successful start up and transitioned the company to a 100% family owned business.    He is now spearheading major strategic shifts for transforming IT from a functional focus to an enabler of innovation for the business and integrating the finance organization so that it supports a truly global company.    Previously, as Senior Director of Construction and Quality Assurance Manager, Michael led business development for a number of private owned worldwide companies.  During this time, He drove the acquisition of market share from top competitors, re-positioning  in the industry.  Earlier He rose through the ranks of The United States Air Force transitioning from solider to engineering.   He began his career in engineering with King Engineering based out of Tampa, FL. Michael holds a BS from Northeast Louisiana University an AA from Community College of the Air Force,   He serves on several Boards  including USAF veterans of Florida,  the Harambee network Worldwide.  

 Mr. Courtney Anton Garner Sr – Co-Founder/Professional Change Agent

Mr. Garner is a business professional with 20+ years of experience in collaborating with businesses to aid in reducing budgets, building team morale, increasing productivity and augmenting profitability by expanding small and large scale corporation’s market penetration on a global spectrum. Mr. Garner has been successful in the following industries: Call Center Management, Human Resources, Customer Service, Facilities and Executive level Management.

Mr. Garner has an extensive list of credentials inclusive of the following: a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics/Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, a Master of Science degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and presently the pursuit of a Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago. Mr. Garner is very inquisitive and thorough in his numerous business ventures and can always provide the insight and guidance needed to implement positive change in any dysfunctional situation.

Mr. Ramon Davis Sr.- Co-Founder/Sports Agent

 Hello I am Coach Ramon Davis Sr, I have over 20 years of coach experience.  I coach grade school level to the high school level.  I coach football and basketball. I have trained and conditions many young athletes. 

I have had success at each of my coaching stops.  I have had success in the grassroots of youth basketball.  I have helped player make it to the collegiate level.  I have also had a player make it to the professional ranks in baseball.

I also help develop the athletes into good professional careers outside of sports.  I am up to date on the latest trends in sports and marketing players.  I can instruct on the helpful way of getting the most success and Exposure to get to the next level.
